January was a slow and low sales month since the launch of ‘Cloverdaisy’…predominantly ‘catch your breath’ time and retool for winter back end and early spring with School talk/presentation reader invites. Seems however, either Heads or their deputies are still getting over Nativity and post winter ‘back to school blues’ or under enthusiastic about taking up author invites–free-to present new literature and literacy.Come on teachers!
However have since generated private sales in Ireland which is a bonus so…watch this space!

Tweets v Facebook? Unfortunately I have recently noticed that my Tweet ‘line’ is bringing in other social messages which was unintentional although they are not too mysterious or ‘soapy’… Facebook only in future!
To end nicely…many readers will have noticed under the heading ‘About David’ reference to my first ever book ‘Winding the Clock Back’, the 60’s relived Village Style…self-published in June 2014 to great acclaim on that iconic decade… ‘a tremendous success locally and the whole of the UK’. Ironically since the advent of my children’s books there has been a further upturn in interest and demand. Consequently 40 new paper back copies have been ordered (to buy direct) and it is also available again via Amazon. All new orders will be let in on a very well-kept secret…shush!
